What an amazing week on the east coast! We just returned from a cruise with Dave's family & family friend, Joan - round trip through New York, up the coast into Rhode Island, Boston, Maine & Nova Scotia to see the fall colors.
Beautiful weather and country side. We only had one day of rain (plus a crazy rockin' sea day... the boat listed for several minutes...flying plates and everything... crazy!). Nova Scotia was incredibly beautiful and New York is just as amazing as everyone says. Hopefully we can return someday and spend more time in the city.
While cruising may not be the ideal vacation for an almost-two-year-old, Tyler did fantastic. He was the hit of the ship with all of the grandparents on board! Here are some pics to highlight our trip.

What a fun time! I love that photo you took in Maine... its looks just like a painting. :) I'm going to have to ask you for some tips on taking a toddler on an airplane - we're traveling with Sammy in 2 weeks!
